All physical activity helps muscles, bones and brains develop, and this is the version that also feeds body awareness.

🛡️ Keep the pile low and well away from hard edges, and never let it be built against furniture that could be climbed onto next. Stay within arm's reach; soft to land on is not the same as safe to fall from.
