Keep Vuila close

Add Vuila to your home screen so your progress and saved activities stay safe — and so it opens like any other app.

Browsers tidy up storage for sites you haven't opened in a while. Installed apps are left alone.

Choose your device

iPhone or iPad — Safari
  1. Tap Share at the bottom of the screen
  2. Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”
  3. Tap Add
iPhone or iPad — Chrome, Firefox or Edge
  1. Open vuila.app in Safari — only Safari can add apps to the home screen
  2. Tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”
  3. Tap Add
Android — Chrome
  1. Tap the ⋮ menu, top right
  2. Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”
  3. Confirm with Install
Mac — Safari
  1. Open the File menu
  2. Choose “Add to Dock”
  3. Confirm with Add
Windows or Mac — Chrome or Edge
  1. Look for the install icon in the address bar
  2. Or open the ⋮ menu and choose “Install”
  3. Confirm with Install
Firefox
  1. Firefox doesn't install web apps yet
  2. Bookmark Vuila and open it now and then to keep your progress
  3. Or use Safari, Chrome or Edge to install it properly
