✨ How
With baby on their back, hold the lower legs and slowly cycle them one at a time, then both knees gently to tummy and out. Add a sing-song count. Keep movements slow, within easy range — baby's own kicks joining in is the goal.
💛 Why this matters
Guided movement gives the brain proprioceptive feedback — where the limbs are and how joints move — priming the leg patterns behind kicking and, much later, crawling. (Bonus: often relieves gas.)
